NuFW 1.0.12, support for some more architectures

This new release is mainly a compilation fix release : The debian project has reported that nufw was not building on some architectures due to some specificity. Fixes have been done and NuFW should now build on almost all debian supported architectures : i386, amd64, m68k, sparc, alpha, powerpc, arm, mips, mipsel, hppa, ia64 and s390.

Furthermore, a few options have been added :
 nutcpc : added -l option, nutcpc can now start in daemon mode without checking and creating a lock file.
 nuauth : added system_pam_module_not_threadsafe which can disable the use of a lock on pam request if it is set to 0. For stability reason, the default is 1.
