NuFW 1.0.14, minor updates

The NuFW team is pleased to announce the availability of NuFW 1.0.14, which is a maintenance upgrade. The changelog is :
 Fix a bug in the nufw daemon that prevents nufw from starting on some conditions. This bug appeared in 1.0.13.
 Man pages updates.
 Added a contribution from Julian Reich on the crypto part. More encryption algorithms can be accepted for passwords.

The NuFW team considers 1.0.14 as the best available version of NuFW.
