NuFW 1.0.23, maintenance release

NuFW 1.0.23 is now available. It features some minor bugfixes and adds a new option which should improve interoperability with Windows domains which are case insensitive. In fact, nss winbind does not manage to find all groups for a user if the name is not in lowercase. The "system_convert_username_to_lowercase" option has been added in order to perform the lowercase conversion.
