NuFW 1.0.24, client support of FreeBSD and Mac OS X

NuFW 1.0.24 is now available. The main thing is that nutcpc does now work under FreeBSD or Mac OSX (darwin).

The extensive changelog is as follows :
 nuauth : Complain and exit when no certificate file can be read (for both cert and key files)
 libnuclient, nutcpc : FreeBSD and Mac OS X support
 nuauth : fix minor memory leak at user disconnection
 nuauth : fix problem with unset variable in config file
 nutcpc : restore proper working of -p flag
