NuFW 1.0-rc2, second 1.0 release candidate

This new release mainly solve issue related to compilation. The detailed changelog is as follow :
 linking is now clean for nufw and nuauth
 certificat authentication now fall back to password authentication
 nufw answer correctly to -V and -h
 nufw compilation is not done if libipq is not present

Above this points, it solves two problems related to tls server :
 nuauth tls server for nufw now correctly handles violent disconnect
 nuauth tls server for client handles better network problem
