NuFW 2.0.17

NuFW 2.0.17 is available. This is bugfix release. It mainly fixes a problem related to sasl.

 nuauth: improve handling of some gnutls_record_send failures.
 plaintext: fix log message
 nuauth: suppress simple escaping of string (real application name in logging modules)
 nuauth: create core file when compiled in debug mode
 nuauth: fix a possible problem in sasl (some version of sasl seems not to follow API documentation)
 debian packaging: some fixes and enhancements
 x509_std: fix parsing of DN when username is at the end of the string
 nuauth: fix crash caused by Cyrus sasldb plugin
 nufw : leave in case kernel and libnetfilter_queue are not in sync
