NuFW 2.0.19

NuFW 2.0.19 is available.

This is a bugfix release which fix three bugs:
 nufw: fix marking system for libnetfilter_queue.
 log_mysql: quote username and osname when logging user session.
 nuauth: fix handling of nufw disconnect in some rare cases.

The first bug was known to cause problem (dropped packets) with Nuface when layer7 filtering is in use.
