NuFW 2.0.2, logging improvements

NuFW 2.0.2 is available. It features some improvements related to logging: The conntrack backend can now be directly used to maintain the authenticated connection tracking.

Detailed changelog is the following:
 fixed GNUTLS handshake on some recent platform
 pam_nufw: closed connection to nuauth on client exit
 nuauth: changed user session logging SQL scheme
 nuauth: added logging to conntrack message handling
 log_mysql: fixed stupid typo that prevented logging of connection closing
 nuauth : added two variables to be able to efficiently handle nufw daemon without conntrack library
 nufw: now sends correct tuple to nuauth on conntrack update message
