NuFW 2.0.3, libnuclient fix for AMD64

NuFW 2.0.3 fixes libnuclient on AMD64 architecture.

The full changelog is as follows:
 fix in libnuclient for amd64 (used to segfault)
 fix calloc size error in nufw_dbm admin tool (Thanks to Raphaël Marichez for finding it)

The same changelog also applies to NuFW 1.0.26 which has been simultaneously released.
