NuFW 0.8.3, miscellaneous bug fixes

NuFW 0.8.3 fixes some bugs and problems :

 correction of bugs in the SQL logging modules. The first UPDATE was incorrect and was not improving security as it was thought.
 corrected a stupid bug in postgresql log module, that would totally prevent it from working.
 LICENCE updates : added an exeption for openssl related code.
