NuFW 0.9.6, multiple improvements

NuFW 0.9.6 has the following new features :

 System, a new authentication module : it provides authentication against PAM and the user’s group are the one of the system. This is a simple but powerful module as it brings to NuFW all the extensions of PAM and NSS.
 TLS certificate authentication is now supported
 SQL logging modules now store application and OS names. (See doc/MIGRATING-TO-0.9.6 for upgrade instructions.)

0.9.6 sould be the last release before the first release candidate to 1.0.
